Justice Center Leoben is a court and prison complex in Leoben in Styria, Austria, designed by architect Joseph Hohensinn, completed in November 2004. With 205 inmates, the prison is fully booked.

It's not only one of the world's most beautiful prisons but perhaps one of the world's most beautiful buildings. There are two inscriptions on the prison's perimeter: "All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights," which is taken from, and "All persons deprived of their liberty shall be treated with humanity and with respect for the inherent dignity of the human person."

Each prisoner lives in a highly inviting "cell" with private bathrooms, small kitchenettes, and floor-to-ceiling windows (shatter-proof) that open into a balcony.

The prison is a complex also housing Austrian courtrooms and offices; therefore a section of it is open to the public.
