I was surprised to discover today, from a friend of mine, that there is now a device that will eliminate fat and carve the body without surgery. At first I did not belief her, so I went on a quest to learn more about this issue.
It seems the issue indeed has no surgery involved nor suction in the common sense, but rather melting of fat cells. The who process takes 2 week, involving 6 sessions each 40 minutes of non-invasive treatment, which means that there is no downtime or recovery period and that patients can resume normal activities immediately.
Anyway, despite ZERONA's website claim that the technology is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), words like adipose, laser, adipocyte, subcutaneous, emulsification and all the other medical jargon made me pause and think for a moment.
There are several clinics that perform this procedure here in Kuwait, all of which you can found on the ZERONA website, however I will wait until I hear more about it and preferably from people who have tried it.
As soon as I know more about this issue by going over the FDA approval matter with a doctor friend of mine, I will post back.
For now I will continue using the "keep my mouth shut" technique to carve my body.
